What market research services does CFR offer?
Online interviewing, telephone interviewing, and recruiting for a variety of areas, programming of surveys, cross tabs, coding, questionnaire consultation, along with many other services on an individual basis.

What countries/regions does CFR service? Does CFR use 3rd party contractors in any of these areas?
Our direct services are restricted to English speaking countries; this has included USA, Canada, UK, Guam, Australia, Philippines, and South Africa. We do use 3rd party contractors. We have recently conducted surveys throughout Europe, the Middle East, and South America.

What list sources does CFR use?
The source list depends on the project and the budget. We work to find the best quality list for the client. We work with all types of sample.

Can CFR handle distributing incentives? If so, what does CFR charge for a handling fee if any?
Yes we do handle incentives. Pricing varies according to methodology and would be included as a line item in the bid.

What research organization affiliations does CFR have?

CfMC Research Software, we are presently using version 8.3.

How many call centers does CFR have? Where are they located?
We have 2 call centers: one is located with our management offices in Steelville, Missouri; and the second is located in Waynesville, Missouri.

Does CFR have the capability to do digital voice recording that can be sent for analysis?
Yes, we can record audio as mp3 files at the highest quality so they are easy to download and can be sent by email. Generally, we only record interviews when it is requested.

CfMC, SPSS, and assorted Microsoft products.

Does CFR use freelance programmers or does CFR have programmers on staff?
We use both in-house and freelance programmers.

Do clients have the opportunity to test CFR’s program before implementation?
Yes, we will send you access to your specific study. Our policy is to have everything to your satisfaction before we go live with the interviewing.

How does CFR provide Quality Control?
For telephone surveys, we utilize extensive training, briefings, supervision, as well as remote and onsite monitoring. Quality control is important in every aspect of our business. We address it on each Service page.

What format does CFR use for bids?
We generally present our bids as a cost per interview, itemizing other cost factors such as programming, coding, tabs, sample, and disposition of incentives.

What is CFR’s typical turnaround time for bid requests?
We pride ourselves on being very prompt with our bids. It would be extremely rare to have one take longer than one business day.

Do CFR’s bids have expiration dates? If so, for how long are they valid?
Generally our bids are good for 90-days, after that we would reserve the option of reviewing it.
