Our History

CFR was founded in September 1997, by Jim and Mary Steber. Each brought extensive business experience that has shaped the strong company that exists today. Within the first year of operation the company became profitable. In February 2000, we expanded opening a second phone room in Waynesville, Missouri to accommodate our growing business. With the exception of the 2009 recession, CFR has grown significantly every year.

The foundations of our company were based on relentlessly pursuing excellence in meeting customers’ needs and our own by always being practical and honest in what we deliver. Our efficient business processes have enabled us to offer superior quality research at a price that makes our work extremely valuable.

Our Present

CFR has emerged from the recession quickly, leaving a more efficient and effective company than ever before. And we show that to our clients in our work each and every day. We are on the cutting edge of marketing research trends with a growing portion of business coming from internet and we take full advantage of useful technological advances to maximize value of both phone and recruiting marketing research functionalities.

A core group of employees have been with the company for more than a decade gaining extensive experience in marketing research that spans many different industries and purposes – with the most extensive being in the healthcare and agriculture industries. Through our collaborative work environment, there is almost no problem that we can’t handle.

Our Future

CFR strives to continue to grow in the future. We view our clients as long-term partners, and we try to improve both of our businesses through our work together. First, this means staying true to ourselves by providing straightforward service, leveraging our experience, and creating exceptional value for our customers.
