Kelly understands every aspect of our business and prides herself in operating the best phone room possible. Andi Harley
Research Manager
Andi has been working with CFR since May 1998. Before becoming Research Manager in 2010, Andi was Branch Manager where she ran the day-to-day operations of a telephone data collection facility for our Waynesville branch office. Andi is extremely helpful to both her coworkers and clients, and is great at being able to look at a questionnaire from any point of view – the client’s, the respondent’s, the interviewer’s, the computer programmer’s, as well as a marketing research point of view. She’s been described as curious, eager, helpful, honest, patient, persistent, tenacious, and thoughtful.

Daphne Brinkley
Project Manager
Daphne has been working with CFR since August 2005. Daphne takes ownership of her research projects resulting in everything she works on being done very well. When an issue or concern arises, Daphne is able to find multiple solutions. One of her greatest strengths is her ability to communicate effectively with clients, supervisors, interviewers, and everyone else involved at any level making each project a success.
