Asking the right questions the right way, is imperative. Using our experience and research knowledge, we can help you create or fine-tune your questionnaire.

Sample Selection

We work with sample houses and online panel companies to enable us to get the sample (records or lists of people to call) that will fit your needs while meeting your budget needs.

International Interviewing/Recruiting

We conduct surveys in English in other countries, such as Canada, UK, and Australia. All other countries are obtainable through our strategic alliances.

Recording Surveys

We record audio as mp3 files so they are easy to download and can be sent by email. We can do this for a pre-test or throughout the project.

Client Monitoring of Interviewing

We have a quiet entry monitoring system that can be used to listen to the quality of the interviewing process. We can even patch you into this system through a telephone call to let you hear exactly what is happening on your project.

Coding

Coding is the summarizing of verbatim responses into concise categories to further assist in the data analysis process. Our coding team works on open-ended questions and 'other specify' responses.

Tables (Tabs/Tabulations)

We produce computer tables showing the data generated by the survey. We can create one or multiple banners for each project. You just let us know what information you want to include.

Statistical Analysis

There are many different techniques and tools available for statistical analysis. Based on your project's needs and our strategic alliances, we are able to provide the analysis needed.

Data Entry

If you decide to conduct an in-person survey or mail survey, we can perform the data entry for your survey data to create a user-friendly format for you.

Mailing/Faxing Surveys

Many research projects these days do not need the resources of mailing or faxing surveys. But for the specific projects that require these services, we are capable and experienced at providing these services.
