The HR Personnel Manager manages our entry level employees (Telephone Interviewers) at the Waynesville office. The HR Personnel Manager is responsible for managing several aspects of the Waynesville office
This position’s responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Hiring/Recruiting/HR
Interviewer advocate
Facilities
Required Education, Experience and Skills:
This is a full time position. Hours will vary, sometimes coming in as early as 9/10am, and other times staying until 8/9 pm; a ‘normal’ shift would be 11a-7p.
After 60 days, full time benefits include: vacation pay, paid holidays, dental, vision, life, and health insurance. Retirement benefits offered after 1 year.
