Job Description

The Manager in Training is the head personnel/direct boss to the Supervisors at the Waynesville office. The Manager in Training is responsible for managing several aspects of the Supervisors role inside the Waynesville office.

This position’s responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

      • Keeping supervisors up to date on all policy changes and procedures.
      • Delegating tasks to supervisors and following up to make sure they are performed correctly.
      • Reviewing work performed by supervisors, quality checks
      • Supervisor scheduling for evening supervisors
      • Planning and conducting team building activities with the supervisors
      • Reviewing and managing time efficiency reports to stay within allotted percentages each week for administration and supervision
      • Training Classes group/individual with Supervisors
      • Conducting one on one meetings with supervisors weekly to discuss goals and performance
      • Conducting quarterly performance reviews on supervisors
      • Evaluating supervisors for pay increases and bonuses
      • Interviewing, promoting, and training new supervisors
      • Telephone Interviewer resource allocation for evening and weekend shifts
      • Understanding all evening surveys and helping them to be successful

Required Education, Experience and Skills:  Associates in Business related field or equivalent experience; previous supervisory experience of 10 or more employees preferred;  strong verbal and written communication skills; demonstrated skills in multitasking, time management & organization; high proficiency in spreadsheets, Word documents, and Google applications; typing skills of 40 WPM or higher.

This is a full time position. Hours may vary,  sometimes coming in as early as 9/10 am, and other times staying until 9/10 pm; a ‘normal’ shift would be 12-8 pm.

Our full-time benefits package is available to new full-time employees after the first of the month after 60 days of employment.  The package includes: vacation pay, paid holidays, dental, vision, life, and health insurance. Retirement benefits offered after 1 year.
