The Phone Room Supervisor is vital to the success of our business. The Supervisor is responsible for providing direct supervision of telephone interviewers. This is a fast-paced team environment in which you would be monitoring live telephone surveys, checking for accuracy, providing feedback to employees, and coaching and training employees on ways to improve their performance.
Previous supervisory experience supervising 10 or more employees simultaneously required. Other required skills include: strong communication skills, organization skills, decision-making, leadership, training/teaching experience, knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Google applications, customer service skills, and the ability to work as a team member.
Full training is provided. This is a full-time position, requiring a minimum of 5 days and 40 hours per week, evening (2PM-10PM/3PM-11PM) and weekend shifts. Starting pay is $10-12/hour based on experience.
Our full-time benefits package is available to new full-time employees after the first of the month after 60 days of employment. The package includes: vacation pay, paid holidays, dental, vision, life, and health insurance. Retirement benefits offered after 1 year.
