HR Personnel Manager - Waynesville Office

The HR Personnel Manager manages our entry level employees (Telephone Interviewers) at the Waynesville office. The HR Personnel Manager is responsible for managing several aspects of the Waynesville office

This position’s responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Hiring/Recruiting/HR

  • Interviewing and hiring for all Telephone Interviewers in the Waynesville office
  • Recruiting of new applicants (online ads and paper flyers in the community)
  • Attend job fairs, and local events to advertise our company
  • New hire paperwork (I-9’s/IDs,tax forms, etc.)
  • Understanding/explaining/managing employee benefits (PTO, insurance, etc.)

Interviewer advocate

  • Pay increase and performance meetings with Telephone Interviewers
  • Quality, discipline, and other meetings with Telephone Interviewers
  • Telephone Interviewer scheduling for day and night shift for Waynesville
  • Office positivity (holiday decor, potlucks, parties, fun days)

Facilities

  • Responsible for overseeing and managing all facilities in the Waynesville office

Required Education, Experience and Skills:

  • Associates in Business related field or equivalent experience
  • Previous experience managing 10+ employees
  • Previous HR or hiring experience
  • Demonstrated skills in multitasking, time management & organization
  • High proficiency in spreadsheets, Word documents, and Google applications
  • Typing skills of 40 WPM or higher

This is a full time position. Hours will vary, sometimes coming in as early as 9/10am, and other times staying until 8/9 pm; a ‘normal’ shift would be 11a-7p.

After 60 days, full time benefits include: vacation pay, paid holidays, dental, vision, life, and health insurance. Retirement benefits offered after 1 year.
