Training Manager - Waynesville Office

Job Description

The Training Manager is responsible for all aspects of training in the CFR Waynesville office. This is a fast-paced team environment in which you would be coaching and training employees, preparing training materials, checking for accuracy, reviewing and evaluating the training processes.

This position’s responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Telephone Interviewer/Recruiter Training:  Advertising, hiring, and promoting for open trainer positions;  working with head trainer to make sure all trainers are evaluated quarterly; keeping all forms up to date for QA manuals, new hire manuals, and booth folders.

Shift Leader/Supervisor training:  working with the supervisor managers to train all newly promoted shift leaders and supervisors into their new roles; making weekly training plans for all shift leaders and supervisors in training.

Quality Assurance recording training:  training shift leaders and supervisors to listen to recorded surveys and review them for quality; reviewing shift leaders and supervisors work on recording reviews and meeting with them to discuss; keeping shift leaders and supervisors up to date on all changes with recording review procedures; working with the evening supervisor manager to ensure we have enough staff trained and scheduled to listen to the recordings needed.

Required Education, Experience and Skills:  associates in Business related field or equivalent experience; previous training experience preferred;  strong verbal and written communication skills; demonstrated skills in multitasking, time management & organization; high proficiency in spreadsheets, word documents, and Google applications; typing skills of 40 WPM or higher.

This is a full time position. Hours may vary,  sometimes coming in as early as 8/9 am, and other times staying until 10/11 pm; a ‘normal’ shift would be 2-10 pm.

Our full-time benefits package is available to new full-time employees after the first of the month after 60 days of employment.  The package includes: vacation pay, paid holidays, dental, vision, life, and health insurance. Retirement benefits offered after 1 year.
